Implant with split abutment crown

Upper anterior implant with split abutment crown ready to 3D print. When in slicer software you can enlarge the parts. I have printed implant and tibase at 1000% with abutment at 1002% and crown at 1004% on an anycubic photon successfully but you might need to alter enlargement ratios depending on your printer.

The implant and tibase files were exported from BSB and the crown and abutment were designed using Sirona Inlab 18 from a real patient case (100% enlargement)

Printable articulator with model bases

3D Printable articulator with model bases. Download as an stl that you can then ungroup into seperate components in your chosen software. Also downloadable as a seperate 3mf file for those of you that are using 3D builder.

The hinge is modified and redesigned from a chipboard hinge downloaded from thingiverse and the model bases are easily editable in all dimensions. Whendental models are imported, try printing top and bottom halves seperately and the hinge should rotate easilyinto the socket joints. The mechanism has been tested to approx. 500 movements and seems very hard wearing (a lot more than other hinge joints that i have tested)

Air spinner

A useful and fun way to test new materials and printers for printability, stability and flexion. When downloaded it can be seperated into constituent parts to be printed in whatever orientation and size you like.

When assembled, it enables the tester to have a kinetic testing model for a complex print. Tested successfully with formlabs form 2/ white resin v4 and anycubic photon/ anycubic green resin.
